Michael and Colin Feuling closed more than $70M in deals over the past 2 years
South of Fifth agents Michael and Colin Feuling jumped to Brown Harris Stevens Miami as the brokerage expands its reach into the Miami Beach neighborhood.
The father-and-son duo, known as the SoBe Agent team, were previously with Miami Investment Property at 110 Washington Avenue, led by broker and owner Joonok Yang.
They’ve closed more than $230 million in sales over their careers and over the past two years, closed more than $70 million in sales, said Brown Harris’ Phil Gutman, president of the Miami brokerage.
The Feulings are the top producers at South Pointe Towers, a 208-unit building at 400 South Pointe Drive, brokering nearly 80 percent of sales there in the past two years. Gutman said he’s targeting agents and teams that specialize in one building or complex in the South of Fifth neighborhood.
In June 2017, Brown Harris Stevens hired Sonia Toth and Keith Marks from Douglas Elliman — bringing with them a number of listings from the Continuum towers.
New York-based Brown Harris entered the Miami market in 2015 with the purchase of South Beach broker Mark Zilbert’s Zilbert International Realty.
